Town & Country Holdings: a stabilisation case.
Town & Country Holdings came to us with an India business that was struggling. The factories were capable, but the operating discipline required for Walmart and Costco programmes wasn't being maintained on the ground.
What we did. Strengthened the compliance structure across the vendor base. Implemented the production processes the programmes specifically require — not as a one-time exercise, but as the standing operating model. Brought consistency to quality and shipment timing.
What changed. The India business stabilised. Programme requirements were met consistently. The relationship between Town & Country and their factories shifted from reactive to operational.
